Wondering about your résumé?

Hiring managers and their support partners in HR are bombarded daily with résumés. Most of them are irrelevant. Because of this, attention spans are short. Fingers hover over that Delete button, only too happy to push it. This dynamic works against even highly qualified candidates. Especially if their résumés aren't top-notch.

What's required here is a résumé that grabs attention, and keeps it just long enough to communicate the correct essentials about you. This in turn should make them want to speak with you. That should be the sole mission of the résumé. Most people don't know how to achieve this. It's where I come into play. As a former executive recruiter, I've reviewed tens of thousands of résumés. I've placed hundreds of professionals. I know what works and what doesn't.
